TAKE ME OUT TO THE BALLGAME

We're probably a few years away from taking the kids to a Twins game. I'm just not sure we're all ready for sitting still for three hours in the sun! We decided to practice locally today. After JP and AA woke up from their afternoon naps, we headed to Rochester's minor league baseball game. The timing was perfect. We walked into a 3-3 game just in time for the seventh inning stretch. We watched the Honkers take the lead 6-3 and clapped and cheered to all of the fun sounds the stadium blasts. We sat behind home plate and JP had a great time. AA just chewed on her cold sippy cup and cooed from time to time.

Of course, JP ran for his bat and ball when we arrived home after the game!

He obviously needs some practice on holding the bat and swinging.
